Project Description
Juniper House Longhoughton
|
Juniper House

The picturesque village of Longhoughton, near the pretty market town of
Alnwick is where you will find the traditionally designed four bed
roomed Juniper House. Built entirely of reclaimed Northumberland
stone and roofed in aged Welsh slate Juniper is built in conventional methods as
in times gone by. Almost like starting again with a blank canvass Juniper House is a new build
designed to look as if it had been standing for years yet boasting all possible
modern conveniences.

Proposed 1st Floor Plan
 We
don't do small spaces and Juniper is no disappointment with all rooms of a
generous size. With under floor heating coupled with open handed amounts
of floor, ceiling and cavity insulation you will never feel uncomfortable during
a long cold winters night. The ground level floor coverings are
completed in a blend of natural oak and natural slate tiling. The
comprehensive electrical specification is enhanced by the employment of chrome
plated socket's and switches.

Proposed Ground Floor Plan

This large family home has four bedrooms with a study above the garage (not
shown on plans displayed), two with ensuite, spacious hand crafted kitchen with
gas fired AGA,
four reception rooms, large hallway with stone built porch.
|
The North East Elevation

A Gravel drive leads to the double garage and the boundaries are clearly set out
with a natural stone wall encircling the entire property.
